The role of "Owner" of Energy Communities is a multidisciplinary role suitable for someone who enjoys working in different areas (e.g., sales or customer service), is analytical, capable of solving problems, and working under high levels of abstraction to define objectives and strategies for success. The selected individual will be ultimately responsible for the Go-To-Market strategy, customer satisfaction, and product development of Energy Communities, as well as expanding into other European markets.

Responsibilities of the Energy Communities Owner:

• Business Development: Connect and communicate with clients generated by our marketing team, converting leads into customers.
• Customer Success: Strengthen the onboarding process, manage the Net Promoter Score (NPS), collect feedback, and continuously optimize our processes. Provide support to clients until they can work independently with the tool.
• Operations: Seek opportunities to automate processes at every step, from the marketing and sales funnel to onboarding and support, reducing manual tasks to create a smooth and efficient new customer generation system. Create a pre-onboarding system where the client can complete self-onboarding if desired.
• Marketing/Product: By being in direct contact with clients, you will gather key insights that will guide our product and marketing efforts, helping define our roadmap. We need someone organized who can gather requirements to implement systems to manage and act on client feedback, and who will support the marketing team in spreading the word about QUIXOTIC's successes.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (the interview will be conducted in English)
• Analytical mindset (marketing and sales funnels, process analysis, etc.)
• Understanding of CRM, task management tools, and Google tools
• Willingness and passion for communication with end customers
• Excellent communication skills
