What is QUIXOTIC?

We are a SaaS platform for energy marketers (and communities). We automate repetitive processes and optimize communication with the distributor, generating, exchanging, and interpreting XML files bidirectionally, as well as carrying out the end-to-end billing process.

Is it really “end-to-end”?

Yes, this is our raison d'être. From the integration with distributors to obtain data to the creation of official reports for governments or regulatory bodies, through billing and collection, all these functionalities are modules available in QUIXOTIC.

Where did QUIXOTIC come from?

As consultants, for years we couldn't find an end-to-end automation solution to help our customers, and each time, we had to develop custom solutions whose (regulated) business processes were practically identical. Under this model, generating new “innovative” products took months, multiple programmers, QA, etc. With QUIXOTIC, we've developed a data model that integrates the necessary complexity to launch new products for our customers in just a few clicks, within a matter of days.

How much time can I save with these automations?

In Switching alone, depending on the size and distribution of domestic and industrial CUPS, some energy suppliers spend between 5 and 35 hours per week generating, downloading, and managing files with distributors. QUIXOTIC reduces this to just minutes. Across the industry, entire days are often lost due to avoidable rejections—issues that could be prevented with validations or a P0, for example, to confirm if the CUPS is contractable or if the holder’s information is correct.

Is there any type of commitment?

No. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our solution that there is no start-up fee, and the format is “pay-as-you-go” with no commitment. However, we do have discounted annual plans available.

I have several brands, is QUIXOTIC for me?

Yes, QUIXOTIC has a multi-commodity, multi-point of supply, multi-marketing license and multi-brand data model. We also have figures such as prescribers or external channels, to associate with your contracts or your products.
