We are looking for someone with experience in electricity and gas billing, capable of working directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for our team. Do you know someone who is looking for a change or someone we can attract from their current position?

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Sit with clients, speak their language, and understand in-depth how they manage their energy billing.
• Analysis and Definition: After understanding the client's billing process, work with the technical team to define formulas and processes. This includes identifying key data from REE, OMIE, BOE, and others.
• Documentation: Write clear functional documents for developers and technical architects, detailing the necessary specifications.

Requirements:

• Energy Experience: At least three years of experience in the energy sector or energy systems.
• Energy Billing: Experience in electricity and gas billing, with a solid understanding of the processes involved.
• Product Definition: Ability to analyze and define energy products based on client needs.
