At QUIXOTIC, we are looking for two dynamic and motivated Account Executives to join the founding team. This role is ideal for those who have a passion for SaaS and sustainability and are ready to drive the growth of our platform in the energy sector.
We are looking for candidates who know how to sell to energy suppliers, with proven experience in B2B Enterprise, preferably high-ticket SaaS. If you come from the energy industry, even better. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving established sales goals, documenting everything in the CRM with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Client Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients through various channels (phone, LinkedIn, email), qualifying them quickly and effectively. Map out the different roles and who reports to whom within an organization to access the decision-maker in the most effective way possible.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, as well as partners.
- Presentations and Demos: Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Proposal Preparation, Negotiation, and Closing Sales: Prepare proposals, negotiate sales terms, and close deals with clients.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be in Spain and have the legal right to work in Spain.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Languages: English and Spanish (the interview may be conducted in English depending on the interviewer).
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy or SaaS industry.
- Understanding of CRM, task management tools, and Google tools.
- Willingness and passion for customer communication.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiar with sales funnels, process analysis, etc.
- Results-Oriented: Analytical approach, accustomed to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
