CNMC launches: ‘Understand your bill’.

Access

To access ‘Understand your bill’, you need to have your latest electricity bill to hand. You can do this in two ways:

- With the paper bill: In the section about the CNMC, you will find a QR code that you can scan with your mobile or tablet. This code will take you to the CNMC website, where you can access the tool.

- With the electronic bill: In the section on the CNMC, you will find a link to the CNMC's tariff comparator. From there, you can also access the tool.

Once inside the tool, you will see a summary of your bill, with the most important data. You will also be able to access more detailed information on each item.
